Faculty
and staff are strongly encouraged
to continue their education through professional development
opportunities. Each full-time employee is offered $440
annually to be used for this purpose.
Teachers
are also encouraged to apply for one of several
professional development funds and endowments available
through the school.
Professional
development opportunities include:
- Graduate course work
- Workshops, conferences, and institutes
- Subscriptions to journals and the
purchase of other professional literature
- Membership in pertinent professional
associations
- Travel to and from professional
growth experience
