Scott Prince
joined the Louisville Collegiate School faculty in 2005 as
the Director of College Counseling and Assistant Head of School
after fifteen years of teaching, coaching, administrative,
and counseling experience in other independent schools.
A Louisville native, Mr. Prince earned his
B.A. from Davidson College and an M.S. from the University
of Pennsylvania. A member of the National Association of College
Admission Counselors (NACAC) and the Kentucky Association
of Secondary and College Admission Counselors (KASCAC), he
most recently served as the Head of Upper School and Co-Director
of College Counseling at Kent Denver School in Englewood,
Colorado. Previously, Mr. Prince served as Head of Upper School
at The Columbus Academy in Gahanna, Ohio for eight years and
as a history instructor at The Culver Academies in Culver,
Indiana for three years.

Marti
Calderwood, Associate Director of College Counseling,
joined the Louisville Collegiate School faculty in 1989. An
experienced and versatile educator, Ms. Calderwood has served
as an instructor, English department chair, college counselor,
and standardized test tutor during her distinguished professional
career. Her expertise in essay writing and standardized test
preparation are a valuable asset to Collegiate students involved
in the college search and application process. Ms. Calderwood
earned her B.S. from West Chester State University and an
M.A. from the University of Alabama-Huntsville. A current
member of the National Association of College Admission Counselors
(NACAC) and the Kentucky Association of Secondary and College
Admission Counselors (KASCAC), Ms. Calderwood previously taught
at the Randolph School (Huntsville, AL) and served as an adjunct
faculty member at the University of Alabama-Huntsville. In
addition to her college counseling responsibilities, Ms. Calderwood
continues to teach English in the upper school and is an adjunct
faculty member at Bellarmine University.

Linda
Bilderback first joined the Louisville Collegiate School
faculty in 1981. She currently serves as the School Registrar
and Administrative Assistant to the Upper School. An accomplished
artist with a talent for ceramics, Mrs. Bilderback’s
endless patience, organizational skills, and understanding
of the teenage psyche help to keep Collegiate students on
the straight-and-narrow during the application process.
