Austin Thompson Anderton '97 has stepped up to chair this year's Alumni Annual Fund Campaign. The theme to this year's campaign is Stand out. Be Collegiate.. Give back.
Each year tuition covers 90% of our operating costs. The 10% shortfall is covered by an endowment draw and the Annual Fund. The campaign allows Collegiate to provide scholarships to students who otherwise could not afford such an excellent education. The annual fund also supports many smaller budget items that provide meaningful experiences to the students, to name a few: new field hockey uniforms, individual faculty requests, and feeding animals in Kevin Jackson’s classroom.
Callers are still needed for the annual Blue and Gold Sunday phonathon. Simply reply to this e-mail for more information regarding this Sunday's phonathon.

Since her recent diagnosis and surgery with breast cancer, Coach Wendy Martin is recuperating nicely and has even started attending practices and games as her energy allows. She will meet with doctors again towards the end of the month to determine if any additional treatments are needed at this time, and she hopes to be back to teaching by the end of the month as well. The Pep Club is planning a tribute to her at the pep rally later this month.about the time she hopes to be back full-time.
Again, all depends upon the doctors.
