David Jasper
'92
David
Jasper left Collegiate in 1992 to concentrate not only on
his education, but also on his golf game. He attended the
University of Michigan, where he juggled a difficult academic
load as a Science Engineering major while playing on the school's
golf team. He was also a member of Delta Upsilon fraternity.
While improving his golf skills at college, David earned three
varsity letters, and in 1997 was a member of the 1st Team
All-Big Ten.
After graduating from the University of Michigan,
he gained experience in sales and teaching, but thanks to
his love of and talent for golf, he has been fortunate enough
to pursue and sustain a career as a professional golfer. David
makes Louisville his home base, (although he travels quite
a bit), and is a member of PowerBilt's professional staff.
Although at some point he may make a career change, at this
time he is happy having his office on the golf course.
"Collegiate was and is an exceptional
place to develop young people into leadership roles and positions
as adults. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at LCS."
