Louisville Collegiate School Presents ‘Pride
and Prejudice’
Production tells classic Georgian era love story
LOUISVILLE, KY. – Louisville
Collegiate School’s Fine Arts Department is proud
to present Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice”
adapted for the stage by Jon Jory on November 4-7 at
7:00p.m. in the school’s Black Box Theatre.
Jon Jory has crafted an adaptation
of energy and charm using all of Austin’s text.
This production is suitable for grades five through
twelve and runs approximately two hours and twenty minutes
with one intermission interval. Pride and Prejudice
features a cast of twenty-six actors supported by three
instrumentalists.
Tickets may be purchased at the door.
$6 for students and senior citizens and $8 for adults.
The ticket office opens at 6:30pm, thirty-minutes prior
to the performance start time of 7:00pm. For more information
