Committed, Creative, Caring
Collegiate's reputation for instructional excellence is sustained by its nationally recruited and dedicated faculty. Among the goals of the school is to instill in our students the skills and desire for lifelong learning.
Our faculty personifies that goal.
More than 80% have earned graduate degrees and all are encouraged to further their studies through the school's professional development program. On average faculty members have 17 years of classroom experience. They represent a wide diversity of backgrounds.
Collegiate faculty have received frequent recognition, including fellowships from the Klingenstein Foundation, Toyota International Teacher Program and grants from the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Fulbright Memorial Fund.
Collegiate's talented faculty is committed to seeing that all students receive the personal attention to both challenge and support. Faculty members wear many hats: teaching, coaching sports, directing clubs, organizing activities, and otherwise helping to provide guidance and mentoring for our students.
