Merit Scholarships
The Louisville Collegiate School
Merit Scholars program is a highly selective, merit
based scholarship opportunity
that recognizes outstanding students based upon
superior academic achievement, standardized test score
results, and the potential for making a significant
contribution while attending Collegiate Upper School
and later in life.
Merit Scholarships are available for
students who are entering 6th and 9th grade. Scholarship
recipients are eligible to receive merit awards for
the duration of their Middle or Upper School experience.
Merit scholarships are awarded based
upon superior academic achievement, standardized test
results, leadership potential and extra-curricular talents.
Merit Scholarship Levels:
- 50% of annual tuition
- 25% of annual tuition
- $1,000–$3000 annual awards

Applications for all merit scholarships must be submitted
to the Admission Office no later than Wednesday, January
20, 2010.
All potential merit scholar recipients
must comply with the normal application process and
deadlines.
